Throughout the journey I was able to gain a daily morning routine where I start out with a meditation, then I do some breath work, and from there I do some yoga. “My experience with mettamorphosis was a success to put it simply. Coming from a place of distraction and habits that fed my ADD, the accountability I had to the group of men, as well as that to Danny, was what I needed to be disciplined to form new healthy habits and complete the work we were assigned during the 6-week workshop. What caught me off guard was the work we completed. Danny’s curriculum brought us into mental spaces I subconsciously avoided. These are places I that definitely needed work and the workshop forced attention to.
